Rehab Care Law and Legal Definition
Rehab care refers to postoperative medical care and rehabilitation services provided to hospital patients in an area of the hospital operated by an independent medical provider. Rehab care allows patients to remain in a hospital environment instead of transferring to a nursing facility outside of the hospital.
