Reissued Card Law and Legal Definition
According to 6 CFR 37.3 [Title 6. Homeland Security; Chapter I. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Secretary; Part 37. Real Id Driver's Licenses and Identification Cards; Subpart A. General] the term reissued card means “a card that a State DMV issues to replace a card that has been lost, stolen or damaged, or to replace a card that includes outdated information. A card may not be reissued remotely when there is a material change to the personally identifiable information as defined by the Rule.”
