Relatedness (Trademark) Law and Legal Definition
Trademark infringement occurs when products are not sufficiently related to one another. Relatedness refers to the degree to which products are sufficiently similar to each other to constitute infringement. Relatedness of goods or services is not a consideration in determining trademark dilution of famous marks.
