Relative convenience doctrine is a legal principle followed by courts while granting injunctions or other equitable relief. According to this principle, an injunction or other equitable relief may be denied if granting it would cause one party great inconvenience but denying it would cause the other party little or no inconvenience. The court weighs the effect on both the parties and decides the issue.
