Remanufactured Vehicle Law and Legal Definition
According to 49 CFR 37.3 [Title 49. Transportation; Subtitle A. Office Of The Secretary Of Transportation; Part 37. Transportation Services For Individuals With Disabilities (ADA); Subpart A. General], ‘remanufactured vehicle’ means “a vehicle which has been structurally restored and has had new or rebuilt major components installed to extend its service life.”
