Remediation Waste Law and Legal Definition
According to 40 CFR 260.10, [Title 40. Protection Of Environment; Chapter I Environmental Protection Agency; Subchapter I Solid Wastes; Part 260 Hazardous Waste Management System: General, Subpart B Definitions ], ‘remediation waste’ means “all solid and hazardous wastes, and all media (including ground water, surface water, soils, and sediments) and debris, that are managed for implementing cleanup.”
