According to 41 CFR 102-117.25 [Title 41 ; Public Contracts And Property Management Subtitle C ; Federal Property Management Regulations System Chapter 102 ; Federal Management Regulation System Subchapter D ; Transportation Part 102-117 ; Transportation Management Subpart A ; General ] “Reparation is a payment to or from an agency to correct an improper transportation billing involving a TSP. Improper routing, overcharges or duplicate payments may cause such improper billing. This is different from a payment to settle a claim for loss and damage.”
