Republication Law and Legal Definition
Republication is the act or action of republishing. In wills and estates, it is an act or an instance of reestablishing the validity of a will that was previously revoked either by repeating the formalities of execution or by using a codicil. In other words it is the re-execution of a will by the testator, with a view of giving it full force and effect. The republication of the will can be express or implied. It is also termed revalidation.
