Reserve Officer Law and Legal Definition
According to 14 USCS § 720 (1), [Title 14. Coast Guard; Part II. Coast Guard Reserve and Auxiliary; Chapter 21. Coast Guard Reserve; Subchapter B. Commissioned Officers] the term Reserve officer means "a commissioned officer in the Reserve, except an officer excluded by section 721 of this title [14 USCS § 721] or a commissioned warrant officer."
