Residential Solid Waste Law and Legal Definition
According to 36 CFR 6.3 [Title 36 Parks, Forests, and Public Property; Chapter I National Park Service, Department of the Interior; Part 6 Solid Waste Disposal Sites in Units of the National Park System.] Residential solid waste means “waste generated by the normal activities of a household, including, but not limited to, food waste, yard waste and ashes, but not including metal or plastic.”
