Resource Management System Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 3838 (11), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 58. Erodible Land and Wetland Conservation and Reserve Program; Agricultural Resources Conservation Program; Conservation Security and Farmland Protection; Conservation Security Program] the term resource management system means “a system of conservation practices and management relating to land or water use that is designed to prevent resource degradation and permit sustained use of land, water, and other natural resources, as defined in accordance with the technical guide of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.”
