Responsive Proposal for Concession Contracts Law and Legal Definition
According to 36 CFR 51.3 [Title 36 -- Parks, Forests, And Public Property; Chapter I -- National Park Service, Department of The Interior; Part 51 -- Concession Contracts; Subpart B -- General Definitions], responsive proposal for concession contracts means “a timely submitted proposal that is determined by the Director as agreeing to all of the minimum requirements of the proposed concession contract and prospectus and as having provided the information required by the prospectus.”
