Restoration Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 941b (10), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 15B. Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Restoration] the term restoration means “rehabilitation and maintenance of the structure, function, diversity, and dynamics of a biological system, including reestablishment of self-sustaining populations of fish and wildlife.”
