Retransfer [Energy] Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 110.2 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter I -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 110 -- Export and Import of Nuclear Equipment and Material; Subpart A -- General Provisions], the term retransfer means “the transport from one foreign country to another of nuclear equipment or nuclear material previously exported from the United States, or of special nuclear material produced through the use of source material or special nuclear material previously exported from the United States.”
