Revocation Hearing is a hearing held to determine whether or not a person has violated the conditions of probation. The judge conducts a hearing conducted to determine whether the probation is to be revoked. If the court finds that a violation of the conditions of probation has occurred, the judge may revoke the probation and impose all or part of the original sentence.
