Road and Trails Fund Act Law and Legal Definition
The Road and Trails Fund Act provides funds for the construction reconstruction, supervising, inspecting, or actual building of road and trails. The fund created under the Act is a federal fund. The fund is made available to the states. The states could use only 10% from the fund for the purpose of construction or any related activities of roads and trails.
