Roll-Your-Own Tobacco Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 387 (15), [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Tobacco Products] the term roll-your-own tobacco means “any tobacco product which, because of its appearance, type, packaging, or labeling, is suitable for use and likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as tobacco for making cigarettes.”
