Pursuant to 22 USCS § 7432 (11) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 81. International Criminal Court; American Servicemembers' Protection], the term Rome Statute means “the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, adopted by the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court on July 17, 1998.”
