Routine Conveyance Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 7702 (15), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 103. Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing] the term routine conveyance means “the transmission, routing, relaying, handling, or storing, through an automatic technical process, of an electronic mail message for which another person has identified the recipients or provided the recipient addresses.”
