Rural Business Investment Company Law and Legal Definition
Rural business investment company refers to “a company that--
(A) has been granted final approval by the Secretary under section 384D(e) [7 USCS § 2009cc-3(e)]; and
(B) has entered into a participation agreement with the Secretary.” (7 USCS § 2009cc)
