According to 42 USCS § 2297h [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 23. Development and Control of Atomic Energy; United States Enrichment Corporation; United States Enrichment Corporation Privatization], the "Russian HEU Agreement" means the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Russian Federation Concerning the Disposition of Highly Enriched Uranium Extracted from Nuclear Weapons, dated February 18, 1993.
