T-2 Visa Law and Legal Definition
T-2 Visas are visas granted to spouses of T-1 visa holders who are victims of human trafficking, sex trade or forced labor. After three years of stay in the US, T-2 visa holders may adjust to lawful permanent resident status. T-2 holders may accept employment in the U.S. by obtaining an Employment Authorization Document.
