Table Funding Law and Legal Definition
According to 12 CFR 22.2 [Title 12 -- Banks and Banking; Chapter I -- Comptroller of the Currency, Department of the Treasury; Part 22 -- Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards] table funding means “a settlement at which a loan is funded by a contemporaneous advance of loan funds and an assignment of the loan to the person advancing the funds.”
