Targeted Assistance Formula Grant [TAFG] Law and Legal Definition
Targeted Assistance Formula Grant (TAFGF) is a source of federal refugee funding for eligible counties. The grant is for intensive, individualized employment services for refugees with multiple barriers. The purpose of the grant is to help refugees to attain self-sufficiency soon after entering the country. The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) within the Department of Health and Human Services administers the program.
