Targeted Beneficiary Law and Legal Definition
Targeted beneficiary with respect to a chronic care improvement program means an individual who is entitled to benefits under medicare part A, enrolled under medicare part B, and not enrolled in a plan under medicare part C. A targeted beneficiary is entitled to one or more threshold conditions under the chronic care improvement program and s/he identified as a potential participant of such program.
