Telephone Toll Service Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (48), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term telephone toll service means “telephone service between stations in different exchange areas for which there is made a separate charge not included in contracts with subscribers for exchange service.”
