Temporary Domestic Order Law and Legal Definition
A temporary domestic order is issued by some courts in a divorce, dissolution, or legal separation that makes provision for, among other things, paying the bills, prohibits either party from hiding or disposing of community property, cancelling insurance or credit cards, taking the children out of the state, and harassing the other party.
