Temporary Facility Law and Legal Definition
According to 36 CFR 13.104 [Title 36-Parks, Forests, and Public Property -Chapter 1-National Park Service, Department of the Interior-Part 13-National Park System Units in Aalaska-Subpart C-Cabins-Administrative Provisions] temporary facility means “a structure or other manmade improvement that can be readily and completely dismantled and/or removed from the site when the authorized use terminates. The term does not include a cabin.”
