TEPRSSC Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 14.120 [Title 21 -- Food and Drugs; Chapter I -- Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services], TEPRSSC means “The Technical Electronic Product Radiation Safety Standards Committee. It consists of 15 members, and was established in accordance with the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968 to provide consultation before the Commissioner prescribes any performance standard for an electronic product.”
