Termination of Lease Law and Legal Definition
Termination of lease is the efflux of the term of lease. Such termination happens:
a. on a condition subsequent and re-entry;
b. by way of conditional limitation;
c. by operation of law, as in the case of the merger of the tenancy in the reversion; or
d. by cancellation of the lease.
