Terms of use are reasons given by the owner and provider of a service which mentions when they will likely discontinue providing a service. Generally, terms of service are a long list of exclusions and cases in which the provider disclaims liability and pro-ports their right to disconnect. The providers also end contracts at their sole discretion.
