Tobacco Product Manufacturer Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 387 (20) [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Tobacco Products], the term tobacco product manufacturer means “any person, including any repacker or relabeler, who--
(A) manufactures, fabricates, assembles, processes, or labels a tobacco product; or
(B) imports a finished tobacco product for sale or distribution in the United States.”
