Toilets Law and Legal Definition
Toilets are bathroom fixtures generally consisting of a water-flushed bowl and seat and is used for defecation and urination. Toilets are regulated by various laws, such as product liability law and local laws which may regulate the amount of water flushed by toilets. There have been legal attempts to require public facilities, such as ball parks, to increase the ratio of women's bathrooms. Public toilets have become a focal point of illicit activity and some areas have passed loitering and other laws attempting to curb illegal uses.
