Total Value of Additional Commodities Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 7501 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 102, Emergency Food Assistance), the term "total value of additional commodities" means “the actual cost of all additional commodities that are paid by the Secretary (including the distribution and processing costs incurred by the Secretary).”
