Toxic Chemical Law and Legal Definition
Under Title 18 of the United States Code Service, toxic chemical is defined in part as "any chemical which through its chemical action on life processes can cause death, temporary incapacitation or permanent harm to humans or animals." United States v. Bond, 581 F.3d 128, 134 (3d Cir. Pa. 2009)
