Trademark Postal System Law and Legal Definition
Trademark Postal System (TPostal) is an electronic bulk mailing system implemented by the Department of Commerce’s U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in cooperation with the U.S. Postal Service. TPostal uses the Postal Service’s NetPost Mailing Online service to process trademark bulk mail.
