Trading Manager Law and Legal Definition
According to 17 CFR 4.10 [Title 17 -- Commodity and Securities Exchanges; Chapter I -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission; Part 4 -- Commodity Pool Operators and Commodity Trading Advisors], trading manager means, with respect to a pool, any person, other than the commodity pool operator of the pool, having sole or partial authority to allocate pool assets to commodity trading advisors or investee pools.
