Transhipment Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 6901 (11), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 88. Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Convention] the term transshipment means “the unloading of all or any of the fish on board a fishing vessel to another fishing vessel either at sea or in port.”
