Transitory Wrong Law and Legal Definition
Transitory wrong is a wrong which once committed would remain irrevocable. An example for transitory wrong is “defamation.” Once a person is defamed by the actions of another, it remains irrevocable even though the wrong doer may be punished for such actions.
