Treating Source Law and Legal Definition
A treating source is defined as "a physician, psychologist, or other acceptable medical source that provides medical treatment or evaluation and has an ongoing treatment relationship with the claimant.” Pulli v. Astrue, 643 F. Supp. 2d 1062, 1072 (N.D. Ill. 2009)
