Tribal Enterprise Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 25 USCS § 4302 (8) [Title 25. Indians; Chapter 44. Native American Business Development, Trade Promotion, and Tourism], the term tribal enterprise means “a commercial activity or business managed or controlled by an Indian tribe.”
