Trustee De Son Tort means a trustee of his own wrong. S/he is a person who, without legal authority, administers a living person’s property to the detriment of the property owner. Trustee De Son Tort is not a regularly appointed trustee but because of interference with the trust can be held by a court as constructive trustee which entails liability for losses to the trust.
